Open Ballot Positions For 2025
The York County Office of Elections has notified the Democratic Party of York County of the following open ballot positions on the 2025 ballot. These spots were made available after the 2025 primary, but need to have candidates appointed for the general election in November.
Newberry Township Supervisor
The Office of Elections and Voter Registrations announced a vacancy to fill the remainder of the term, four-years, for the position of Newberry Supervisor. A candidate must be nominated by the party they wish to represent.

Interested candidates must be a registered Democrat who lives within Newberry Township.

Applicants must be available for a meeting with the Democratic Party of York County's Executive Board on Thursday, September 11 at 7:00 pm.

Interested individuals should submit a letter of intent and resume no later than Friday, September 5 at 5:00 pm to info@yorkdems.org.
Codorus Township Supervisor
The Office of Elections and Voter Registrations announced a vacancy to fill the remainder of the term, four-years, for the position of Codorus Township Supervisor. A candidate must be nominated by the party they wish to represent.

Spring Grove School Board
The Office of Elections and Voter Registrations announced a vacancy to fill a vacancy for the position of Spring Grove School Board after a candidate withdrew from the ballot . A candidate must be nominated by the party they wish to represent.
