The DPOYC NEEDS VOLUNTEERS LIKE YOU!

The York County Democratic Party has 10 Regions with 159 precincts. Our goal is to fill every precinct with one Committee Man AND one Committee Woman.   Precinct Committee People are the grassroots power in York County. They organize “boots on the ground” volunteers who understand the needs of their neighborhoods.   Effective Committee People help win elections and promote Democratic values at the local, state and national levels.

• deliver literature to Democratic households
• place yard signs
• hand out literature to voters at the polls
• check-off names of Democrats as they vote

Candidates Are Also Needed

The Democratic Party of York County is working hard to elect qualified Democrats in all offices in the county: township, borough, city, county or state. If you or someone you know is a qualified Democrat and is interested, please contact us at 812-1200.   We can also refer you to party sponsored seminars for prospective candidates and tell you what you have to do in order to get on the ballot.  It's never too early to start planning your strategy.
